Our event fee includes use of the entire building (except suites) for the day of the event.  This includes the kitchen, sitting room, guest bathrooms, banquet room, balcony, lounge, patio, and grounds.  This fee is mandatory.

Our host fee is charged for the number of contracted guests and includes setup and takedown for the ceremony, setup of all tables/chairs for the reception, preparation for the dance, septic/cleaning costs, staffing for the entire event, etc.  This fee is mandatory.

If available, you can rent the facility for rehearsal, dinner, or decorating the day/evening before your event.  Availability will be determined by our calendar 120 days prior to your event.  You will be notified if there is a change in availability.

Our suite rental will give you access to the upstairs suites along with private bathrooms.  The suites are set up to enhance your wedding day experience.  You can get ready on site and store personal items throughout the day.  The bridal suite includes several prep stations with mirrors, a sitting area, large standing mirror, hanging station, etc.  The groom suite includes a sitting area, hanging station, TV, poker table, games, etc.

Both round and rectangular tables are available for rent (depending on your preference).  Quantity will be based on the number of guests for the reception.  Indoor and outdoor chairs are available, and you will only be charged for chairs used for the reception.

As part of our commitment to ensuring a delightful experience, we provide water glasses and carafes during the reception at no additional charge.

Our custom JBL sound system (w/wireless microphone) and 1080P HD projector (w/100” screen) are available for use.  We have taken measures to ensure high sound quality, but the number of guests in the expansive banquet area and balcony can have an impact on the acoustics.

There is a minimum sale guarantee of $1,000.  If this is not met, you are responsible for the difference, and it will be payable with the final invoice.  We will also include a 15% gratuity on the host bar only (social hour).

5 Family Ranch does not restrict the use of vendors.  You may choose your caterer, decorator, DJ, etc.  Any additional contracted services/products requested by you with cost incurred will be billed directly to you by the vendor.  You and your vendor(s) will respect the rules of the 5 Family Ranch that include the following:

• Vendors are subject to prior approval from 5 Family Ranch

• Caterer must carry a current and valid food license

• DJ will provide their own equipment

• All vendors must clean up after themselves
