Our à la carte pricing model is designed to give you true freedom and flexibility, without surprise fees. At 5 Family Ranch, we don’t just allow vendor freedom, we celebrate it. You’re welcome to choose any vendors you love, from florists and DJs to photographers, planners, and caterers. Unlike some venues, we do not restrict you to a preferred vendor list, and just as importantly, we do not charge vendors to work here. There are no hidden vendor fees, ever! We believe your team should be chosen for their style and service, not their relationship with a venue. Want to bring in a family friend who bakes wedding cakes? A live band from a nearby city? A food truck that serves late-night sliders? It’s all up to you.

Vendors are subject to prior approval from 5 Family Ranch
Caterer must carry a current and valid food license
DJ will provide their own equipment
All vendors must clean up after themselves
